Blauwdruk Sport B.V. (hereafter: "Blauwdruk") processes personal data of members, trial class participants and visitors to this website. In this privacy statement you can read which data that is, why we process it and which rights you have. We handle your data with care and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Which data do we process?

Depending on your relationship with Blauwdruk we process:

• Name, email address and telephone number, when you book a trial class or ask a question.
• Address, date of birth and payment details (IBAN), when you take out a membership.
• Training and reservation data, through our member administration system Sportbit.
• Relevant health information that you share with a coach yourself, only so that you can train responsibly. We never share this information with third parties.

What do we use your data for?

• Carrying out the membership agreement: class reservations, member administration and invoicing.
• Scheduling and following up trial classes.
• Answering questions you send us by email.
• Meeting our legal (tax) obligations.

We process your data on the basis of the performance of an agreement, a legal obligation or your consent. You can always withdraw consent that you have given.

Who do we share your data with?

We never sell your data. We only share it with parties that are needed for our services:

• Sportbit, for member administration, class reservations and payments. Signing up and booking runs through the Sportbit environment, to which their own privacy statement applies.
• Hosting and email providers, for running this website and our email traffic.
• Accountant and payment provider, for direct debits and administration.

With parties that process personal data on our behalf we conclude a data processing agreement.

Cookies and external services

This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies and no analytics software. We do load components from external parties, which may make your IP address known to those parties:

• Google Maps, for the map on the contact page.
• Google Fonts, for the typefaces on the site.

The Google privacy policy applies to these services.

How long do we keep your data?

We do not keep your data longer than necessary. We keep member data for up to two years after the membership ends; financial data we keep for seven years because of the statutory tax retention period. Data about a trial class that does not lead to a membership is deleted within six months.

Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access to systems.

Your rights

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can also object to the processing, have the processing restricted and have your data transferred (data portability). Send your request to info@blauwdruktraining.nl; we respond within four weeks.

Are you not satisfied with the way we handle your data? Then you can file a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
